چکیده
How many are projectable classical linear connections with a prescribed Ricci tensor and trace of torsion on the total space fibered manifold? The questions answered in analytic case by using Cauchy-Kowalevski theorem. In C? case, we answer how 2-dimensional manifold. also deduce that any 2-form manifold at least fibres can be realized locally as connection.

We describe all FMm1,m2,n1,n2 -natural operators D : Qproj-proj QT ∗ transforming projectable-projectable classical torsion-free linear connections ∇ on fibred-fibred manifolds Y into classical linear connections D(∇) on cotangent bundles T ∗Y of Y . We show that this problem can be reduced to finding FMm1,m2,n1,n2 -natural operators D : Qproj-proj (T ∗,⊗pT ∗⊗⊗qT ) for p = 2, q = 1 and p = 3, q...
متن کاملIf so many are “few,” how few are “many”?
The scope of reference of a word's meaning can be highly variable. We present a novel paradigm to investigate the flexible interpretation of word meaning. We focus on quantifiers such as "many" or "few," a class of words that depends on number knowledge but can be interpreted in a flexible manner. Healthy young adults performed a truth value judgment task on pictorial arrays of varying amounts ...

متن کاملHow Many Potatoes Are in a Mesh?
We consider the combinatorial question of how many convex polygons can be made at most by using the edges taken from a fixed triangulation of n vertices. For general triangulations, there can be exponentially many: Ω(1.5028) and O(1.62) in the worst case. If the triangulation is fat (every triangle has its angles lower-bounded by a constant δ > 0), then there can be only polynomially many: Ω(n ...
